Located at 201-243 Ferris Road Cobblebank, Coles Cobblebank opened in June 2021 and provided a Community Hub underpinning the Cobblebank &South Melton growth CorridorVillage. The Centre includes a 3,640sqm Coles, Liquorland and a further 10 specialty Tenancies as well as Gym, Commercial and pad sites. The Developed Buildings interface with a Public Square and the car park and provide connectivity to the recently completed Cobblebank Train Station.
Urban were engaged by Coles Property Development Group shortly after achieving planning approval o the project and completed full Project Development Management Services through until the completion of the project.
Grubb Road_Ocean Grove
Kingston Village

The Kingston Village Shopping Centre is located at the new estate developed off Grubb Road, Ocean Grove. Kingston Village Neighbourhood Activity Centre incorporates 3800sqm Woolworths Supermarket, a Dan Murphy’s Liquor Market, Specialty Retail associated Medical Center and Commercial Uses across a mixed-use retail and commercial offer. The on-grade carpark and the Town Centre were delivered by Urban in 2018 and opened to the public in December 2019.
