Bart O’Callaghan has more than 30 years experience working across real estate development, construction management, finance, property management and acquisitions and strategy in Australia.

Having founded Urban in 2009 Bart has lead the evolution of the business from Development Consultancy Practice delivering over $4billion in mixed-use developments to a Property Development Business with an enviable portfolio.

Bart is a strong advocate for Affordable Housing. Since 2018 Bart has served as a non-executive Director on the Board and Non-executive Chair since 2019 to Victoria’s largest Affordable Housing Management portfolio of over 350 affordable housing properties for both the private and non-profit investment sector. He has sat on numerous committees with the UDIA in planning, finance and Affordable Housing

Patrick Conway has a broad range of project experience of varying size, complexity and across various industry sectors including Residential, Public Housing, Student Accommodation, Retirement, Hospitality, Commercial and Retail. In particular Patrick has worked extensively in the Residential and Retail arenas having delivered in excess of 3500 dwellings and over 15 large format retail centres across his career.

Patrick has had a firm grounding in project delivery and combined with his meticulous and detailed approach, brings an in depth understanding and appreciation of the importance and process involved in the successful design, procurement and delivery of a project.

As a former Director of a leading edge Melbourne design house, Finn Warnock has experience across a diverse range of project types from upscale hotels, universities, biomedical campus and multi residential developments.

Finn’s strengths in design coordination, communication, collaboration have seen him excel in the delivery of a vision and curation projects which require efficient and innovative solutions. Finn has established deep relationships throughout his project delivery career in the coordination of project stakeholders inclusive of the investment group, authorities, contractors, consultants, legal, sales and marketing. Managing multiple complex projects has developed Finn’s skills to enable the identification and focus on key Development issues to manage the team and project objectives moving in the right direction.

Zane Petkovic is a motivated and capable construction professional with a proven track record of delivering successful projects across a range of sectors.  As one of Urban’s key Project Delivery Managers, he is responsible for the vetting, letting, and administration of head contracts. Zane’s experience includes working on residential, commercial, and government projects. He is skilled in project programming, budgeting, forecasting, and construction management, and is committed to delivering exceptional results for his clients.

Throughout his career, Zane has demonstrated a deep understanding of the construction industry, and he uses his expertise to identify and mitigate risks associated with construction projects. He is skilled in the administration of contracts, including international procurement, and he is committed to ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. Zane is dedicated to delivering exceptional results and exceeding his clients’ expectations.
