Urban have managed the Development Application with required a Design Competition to achieve a 10% uplift in FSR, a development application and the establishment of a Voluntary Planning Agreement. All of these were approved within 8 months of Urban engagement.
Urban have managed the preparation of all marketing collateral and the sales campaign achieving the highest sq.m sale rate in Erskineville at the time of launch.
This project is due for completion in early 2018.
