Citadines Melbourne on Bourke is a new $136 million serviced apartment project developed by Devine Limited having pre-sold the project to Singapore based The Ascott Group, considered a major international operator of serviced residence facilities.

Located in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD at 131 Bourke Street, the development is the first Citadines brand of Apart-hotel for Australia and the first purpose built development purchased by The Ascott Group.
The development is on a 2,000 square metre site and includes a new 25 storey, 398 room apart-hotel projects with associated conference facilities, recreational amenities, car parking and retail offerings on the Bourke and Little Collins Street frontages.

Urban Director Tony Suttle and Senior Project Manager, Pat Conway, were actively involved in the project from initial site identification, assisting the client with Due Diligence and feasibility studies, to design development and documentation suitable for negotiation of a D&C Contract which reflected the client’s obligations under a delivery agreement with the purchaser. They also acted as the project representative for the construction phase of the project and carried out the FF&E directly for the Ascott Group.
