Beecroft

Urban have been engaged as Development Managers and Project Managers for the Beecroft Mixed Use Development. Together with dKo Architects, Urban carried out a highest and best use analysis for the site. Giving the client the confidence to proceed with the development application submission in mid 2013 targeting a commencement of trade in late 2017.

Beecroft Mixed Use Development is a 9 level development consisting of 131  Apartments, a 2,455sq.m Supermarket and 1883sqm Specialty Retail, 310 basement car parks and basement loading.
