Urban have been engaged as Development Managers and Project Managers for the redevelopment of 333 Kent Street Sydney.
The property will be redeveloped into a 5 star hotel of approximately 200 hotel rooms and approximately 70 residential apartments.
Having completed the a Design Competition in 2017 the Stage 2 DA will be lodged early 2018, sales are forecast to commence late 2018 and construction commence in 2019.
